Refund & Return Policy for geossenshells

At geossenshells, I value my customers and strive to provide high quality products and services. This refund and return policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from geossenshells can be returned or refunded.

 

Digital Products

Refunds

• Due to the nature of digital products, we typically do not offer refunds once the product is downloaded.
• Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of geossenshells.

Exchanges

• If you experience technical issues or the product is defective, please contact me immediately, and I will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.

Physical Products

Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be in their original, unused condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, or an error has occurred when filling the order.

Refunds

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 30 days.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 10 days of receipt to arrange an exchange.

Courses

Refunds

• Refunds for courses are available up to 21 days after purchase, provided the course has not been completed.

Access Revocation

• Access to the course will be revoked upon the issuance of a refund.

Customized Products

• Customized or personalized items are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable, except in the case of defects or errors on our part.

Processing Refunds

• Refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed and may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
